Detailed Description
Fresh casings make juicier, tender sausage. They also provide a distinctive
snap when you bite into sausage stuffed in natural casings. To use, rinse casings
in cold water several times, then soak in water 1-2 hours until soft and
pliable. To store, cover casings with salt, place in a covered container and
refrigerate. 19MM-21MM (3/4") USE FOR BREAKFAST SAUSAGE,
